LINE-X CU 400 is a 1:1 by volume, self levelling, low pressure castable/pourable elastomeric polyurethane lining system. Like all LINE-X product CU 400 is 100% solids and contains NO CFC’s, NO VOC’s and is totally SOLVENT FREE
Unlike most LINE-X products, CU 400 is dispensed through a disposable static mixer via a low pressure variable output pump. This minimises the air pockets in the product creating a very strong dense material.
CU 400 is an ideal product for service environments where there is a high demand for protection against abrasion and impact as well as a need for tensile strength.
CU 400 is an ideal lining solution for the floors of Aluminium bulk tippers which are subject to continued abrasion from stone and gravel wearing away the floor whilst being discharged

CU 400 can be cast onto the steel sacrificial plates that are used in high wear areas like hoppers and shoots. By casting the first layer in red and the subsequent top layers in black you effectively create a wear indicator, allowing the plates to be replaced prior to the steel becomes damaged. You can then recoat the worn plates with CU 400 straight onto the existing LINE-X allowing the plates to be reused time and time again.
