Car Parks
XS 350 can be used on concrete flooring in multi story car park to protect the substrate from ingress of oil, antifreeze, air conditioning fluid and water from the parked vehicles.

Roofing
XS 350 is an ideal solution for coating asbestos roofs that have become old and porous. By spraying XS 350 onto the existing asbestos roof, you create a seamless membrane that completely seals the roofing substrate from the elements making it totally waterproof again and thus eliminating the cost of removal, disposal and replacement of the asbestos.
